Just before the weekend Boris Johnson announced that face coverings will be mandatory in even more indoor areas in England as from the 8th August.
It was advised that face coverings will now need to be worn in all indoor settings where you are likely to come into contact with people you wouldn’t usually meet.
So what kind of places are these ?
- Train/ bus stations
- Airports
- Cinemas
- Museums
- Places of worship
We are told this is not just advice, this is now a legal requirement, and local authorities will be closing down any premises and cancelling any events, not adhering to these rules.
It may be worth keeping a couple of masks in your vehicle, or in your bag, so that when you go out shopping etc, you always have one readily available.
We all want to return to normal, so in order to allow us to start doing more, we need to do so safely and follow these rules.
