- Galleries, museums and any other entertainment venue
- Libraries & public reading rooms
- Public transport
- Doctors surgeries & hospitals
- Public waiting rooms
- Places of worship
- When using restrooms in bars & restaurants
You can take your face covering of when:
- You need to eat, drink or take medication
- Someone of authority requests you to do so
Who is exempt from wearing a face covering:
- Children under 11 years of age
- Anyone assisting someone who relies on being able to lip read to communicate
- Anyone who when wearing a face covering would become extremely distressed
- Retail staff
